CrypticScout Redesigned To Improve Fragment Screening Analysis

CrypticScout is one of the most popular applications of PlayMolecule, Acellera’s drug discovery platform. This mixed solvent MD application allows finding cryptic pockets and druggable sites in proteins. Over the last months, we have been working on redesigning the analysis pipeline of CrypticScout to better detect stable interactions between the protein and the molecular probes.
