New Tutorial: Using PlayMolecule® AceProfiler To Identify Homologs In The Protein Data Bank

We have recently added a new application to PlayMolecule: AceProfiler. This tool allows you to easily navigate the Protein Data Bank by searching for close homologs of your query protein. You only need to provide a sequence, a PDB file or a PDB ID and the found structures will be automatically aligned to a common reference so you can easily compare them.Read our new tutorial to find our more  or simply visit AceProfiler to try it right away.
